I thought I was purchasing a month of data back up for my computer for $4.95 instead I was charged $118 for a 2 year subscription up front. Whcih it did not say on the web site.

When I asked for a refund IMMEDIATELY after I saw the charge hit within 10 seconds of the purchase I asked for the refund.

I have been going back and forth with this company all day because all they say is they will give me 70% of my money back as a "goodwill offer".

Seriously?!? They need to issue a full refund because they are scamming people. I cancelled my account and asked for this refund immediately they have no reason to not issue the refund.

Please do not use this company, they obviously do not care about people's hard earned money and customer service.
