Pacific advances stated they took 30.00 out of my account for a membership fee to get a loan. After calling time after time for 3 months i never received my refund and got to speak with a supervisor and he stated there were system errors. It is march and i have yet to receive anything. When i was calling in january it was going straight to a voicemail saying there was a high call volume, i left numerous voicemails and threats, and sent emails to the address provided. Now when i call there is no dial tone and just static.
