I was told I won 450,000.00 (second prize) in a National Contest on 3/12. The person who called me gave me the Name of a Judge (Michael Joseph Melloy) who I contacted. He seemed legitimate and put my mind at ease. However, they wanted $2500.00 to insure the winnings. Which I paid in a money oreder to the above address. The day of the delivery of the check, they called and said the government had delayed the delivery. They stated that new rules put a $9,000. Tax on the money of which ASN would pay half. Soo, like a dumb bunny I sent them another money order for $4,500. The judge sounded so real, he had a voice mail, a phone number that is in the DC area (202-600-2322,202-510-9744). I finally smelled a rat. This all happend a week ago (03/13)
