Over the months from Dec up to today's date, this man has told me he was stuck in a country with not enough money to pay bills and buy ticket home. He came home but needed to go back out of the country to get the proper paperwork in order to show his bank to get money he owed me. He was in an accident & had to be flown out of country because the UN, who he works for, could treat him better over in London.
