I ordered what I thought was a free sample paying just the postage cost. There was no information enclosed with the product about cancellations and returns procedures. This Company has taken £89.99 from my bank account withou informing me or having my permission. I have had no phone numbers, addresses or email addresses for this company. Having trawled the internet I found some email addresses but recieved no reply from emails, some not evem being delivered due to 'mail box full'. This Company does not in my opinion operate in a fair and open way by giving sufficient information to customers so that they have full details of how to cancel and return unwanted products.
