I bought (through a link on facebook) a trial kit of a dead sea mineral beauty kit for £3.95 p p This company have now taken another £97.95 off my debit card! I am disgusted that I can't get through by telephone to complain and that no contact was made either by phone, post or email to say this would happen... I have reported this to my bank and am awaiting their feedback. Fingers crossed I get my money back somehow but in the meantime, does anyone have any advice on what to do?
