I paid afforadable solutions 3,500 for a modification, i was told to stop paying on my mortgage and debit in order to quailfy for modification they didnt start proceeding for over a year then they had me file bankruptcy to stop BOA to from foreclosing on my house i lost my home 12/03, i took them to court and won my judgement. I signed an quarntee agreement. They aslo sent someone to my house to shortsale it he had an expired license.
