I disputed $4900.00 ach debit on 01.26.13 and $9600.00 ach debit on my business acc01.31.13. Bouth ach were made to company that i never heart of"cbeyond". 5/3 bank since than returned 9600.00 to me but after 45 days of investigation they (5/3 bank) are telling me that i had a contract with cbeyond and they can not get me my $4900 back. When i asked for documents 5/3 did not provided me any. Since than cbeyond did 2 more ach debits one for $1000.00 and one for $11926.74. Those were not honored and stopped by 5/3 bank.
