Green light motagage havd given me an approval for a home loan and i was cleared by the underwriter. And just befor we were ready to sign the docks, they found out that I had a short sale less than three years by one month so they denied my loan. They should have found that out ahed of time and not givne me the approval befor I lost 3000.00 deposit 475.00 appraisal fee and 200.00 home inspction. I shouldn't loose all that money because of their mistake. I would like them to take responsibility for what happend and pay me back my losses.
