Checked my bank balance this morning and found that a 30.00 electronic check had cleared my account that i did not authorize. I did get through to a rep named Candice and she told me it was an application fee for a payday loan that i had applied for. But i have done no such thing. Not sure where to start. Bank says i need to close my account, any suggestions?
