I cx my membership on 3/13 before my 14 days was up. They (Misty) told my my profile would stay up forever so I could still get calls. I went on one day because I got a email that said I had a message and I Hit the wrong key or something (apparently) because I was charged $79.95!!! I called in and explained what happened and was told that that was my problem! There was no refunds! They could not help me out not even give me a discount! I explained that I was unemployed and I could not afford the charge but was told by Trey (head of member support) that it was my problem there was nothing he could or would do! I will never recommend this to anyone!!! Ever!!! I hope Trey knows whats its like to be unemployed one day and hungry!!! Have a great day TREY!!
