I purchased and ordered a recliner on March 9 at the store on 8380 Merchants Way, Jacksonville FL. I was told my the saleman that it would only take one week for me to get the chair, well as of today March 20 I am still waiting on the chair and I have not received a phone from your store explaining the delay. I have called the store two times and all I am hearing is "it might be on the next truck" really! You have the worst customer service ever! My husband injured his leg and we needed this recliner asap!
