I placed an order for some Anime that I've been wanting, got a order confirmation email the same night and the following night an order processing email saying I should get a email in a few days with a tracking number for my order. I still haven't received an email from them. I sent an email to them asking about my order on 03/10 to the support department and still haven't heard back. Now that I have a phone number I am going to be calling til I find out what's going on. Very Upset and disappointed.
