Very bad Customer Service - Health and hair products

I had purchased several items and they had not shipped all items paid for. I have called their 1-800 customer service open 24/7 waited half an hour each time only to have someone pick up and then hang up. This has happened too often. I am wondering if I will get the item I paid for.
