Blue Mountain is frustrating - product is greeting cards online

Blue Mountain has shower invitations on its website. I have tried to use them many times and have written to them about the problem. You cannot insert the name of the person the shower is for, you cannot insert the location, time or anything. It is very frustrating. Sometimes part of it works, although now, none of it works.
