Photo Art Studio - Online Deal (BAD DEAL) - GROUPON

Purchased this deal in mid February through Groupon for photoartstudio.ca. The groupon indicated that for $59.00 you could take two courses and listed digital photography, photoshop, web animation or web development. Upon clicking on the link to the company website, it listed multiple web development courses including Adobe Lightroom.

After purchasing the groupon, I learned that Lightroom was not an option. Wrote an email for the company to respond and was advised they couldnt do anything for me since it was a voucher I purchased. They further advised I needed to get with groupon. Called groupon and was told they would look into it and return my call. Never heard anything back for over a month and a half. Called back and was advised they sent an email (phantom email never received.)

I was told that they would no reimburse me because they felt the listing was fine. I was an avid groupon user but after them not backing me, I will never do business with them again.

What ever happened to customer service.
