Wave Home Solutions (HydroCare Division) Model HC-44 - HydroCare No Salt Water Softener Model HC-44

I purchased a water conditioner from them. I have to say that when it works, it is great. I purchased my unit in spring of 2009.in 2011 they replaced it, no questions asked. Dishes were clean and spotless again. I was happy. Now only 18 month later, I ran the dishwasher and when the cycle ended, it was evident that this was on the blink again. Well I called and left a message for Drew, my sales rep. He didnt call back so I placed another call and he answered. He told he had transfered my call to a "tech".. And he proceeded to transfer me again where I left a message again... No response, I called again and this time I spoke to another rep but of course, since he didnt sell me the unit, he would have nothing to do with me. He transfered me to Drews Voice mail, where I left another message. I called again and left Drew another message, he never called back. I think if you are dishing out close to $800 this should last for more than a couple yrs. They know the product works but the life of the unit is very poor. I am not ever going to recommend this product or this company to anyone. They just dont care.
