PACK RAT doesn't deliver!

Our packed container was picked up on February 25 in Indianapolis and was to be shipped to Patterson, CA within 7-10 business days. As of March 11, the container is still in Indianapolis. After several calls to various customer service reps who basically made promises and excuses to get me off the phone, the issue is still unresolved. The last person I spoke to today was to send an email with a date/time stamped photo of my container because, at this point, I have my doubts that they even know where it is (haven't received that email as of time of this complaint and will faint if it is received!). The departure status has been "scheduled" since the 25th with no specified "scheduled" date! We are in California and are being forced to replace some of the necessities that are in that container and are in an otherwise limbo status when we should be settling in. This has been a nightmare. I've never experienced such a lack of communication and professionalism and am completely frustrated. We've moved a lot over the years and this has been the most stressful move ever and now I fear we will never get our things!
