Unfairly being discharged

My fiance and I were both staying at the serve shelter in Manassas. We both got discharged at separate times both unfairly though. For medical reasons they aren't. Supposed to give away your bed if you have to go to the hospital to take care of whatever it may be and not lose your bed the staff told me you walk out to do this you lose your bed. Then a few weeks later after I left my fiance was gone a few nights due to working overtime a few nights back to back and his boss wrote out a time sheet with his contact info on there so if the staff needed to Clairify something or if they needed more information they could do so they just assumed it was a lie and told him to get out that he was being discharged it is unjust, unfair and just morally wrong being the whole point of the shelter is to help you better yourself and get off the street and move forward that can't happen if they just throw you out. I'm honesty ready to sue I'm so frustrated.
