They called and said they were Publishing Clearing House His name was James Franklyn and to claim my husband winning he had to put 397.00 on a reloaded greendot card and when he did that he had to put another 500. On another green dot card and then they wanted another 1750.00 then we could get his money. HE said the money was to pay the taxes and the final 1750.00 for the 1099 taxes. He is expecting us to call him back when we get the other 1750.00. We have never won anything so we didnt know. We gave them all the money we had I hope you can please help us with this problem
