I received a very official looking document, saying I won3,331, 947.11m and wanted 20.00 for my winning this if I didn't the prize would be forfeited. I never registered with them never heard of them, and they have alot of information on me?! Companies don't ask for money in exchange for a prize. How did they do this, and how do they get away with this.

J. Reitman - Gregory Hart Sent me a letter today, 11/19/07, stating that I won $1,250, 000.00 dollars and have to send them $19.99 for the Office Attendant reporting fee
