I too was taken for a loop. I checked my bank acct yesterday and $105.53 was taken out without my permission. I spend over an hour on the phone trying to deal with it. I hadn't even gotten my "free trial offer" yet. The man that I spoke to said they will credit me 25% of the what they had taken out of my bank and will credit the rest once I return the product. When I got home, the package had arrived. There is a lot of stuff in the package but according to all these complaints, nobody has gotten their money back. I will keep the product and have cancelled my Visa. They can't take anything out of my acct anymore. A costly lesson but at least I got the goods. Hopefully they work.
