This company got $7,000.00 my story is like everyones elses. We found them in Tampa, Fl. They put a ad in The Flyer, and we found them there. My husband said to call and see what it is all about, I did and they done the same sent all the information and approved us for $100,00 and we started looking for houses, we found one and they made a offer and it was accepted, was to close on MLK Day, and didn't said they needed a inspection for the house and it was done, the man never got paid, then they needed a appraisal and in the mean time they was to send the earnest money that was never done, they ask for a extension and they that to them, that went by and a man bought the house for cash money.
I called and spoke with Keith and he said to look for another and I said no I want my money back, I also told them my son will go to the office to pick up a certifed check and I would let them know when to expect him, then I spoke with Anthony and said Chris was doing the files and would be sending out checks, and that has never happened. So I went to the Attorney Generals office in NY. And I recieved a letter yesterday saying they are trying to get the refund back.
Well on Monday I will be calling the FBI next that is who is next. So good luck to everyone who has fallen for this scam the same way my husband and I have, see we are raising grandchildren and that was money from a settlement, five thousand and the other two was from something we pawned very improtant to us and now I have to make payments till I am able to get the money to get it back, which doesn't look good.
Good luck to everyone, I just don't understand why the Attorney General doesn't arrest them and have their bank account siezed and the money sent back to all the people who have sent them money all of the $168,000
