I noted a charge from my bank account of 90 to "hydrafund". I investigated and found that a "loan" had been "approved" in my name via a marketing website. The company depostited $300 into my checking account in Jan after leaving a voice mail and sending an email stating "i was approved for funds". The email went to spam and the voice mail went to a similar junk voice mail box so both were unanswered. Apparently the company uses this as "implied consent"; deposits the funds and then charges $90 per month until you provide a written statment to pay back the "loan" in full. I have a voice mail from the company stating that the above occured; and confirming that I did not authorize the loan.
