Attracted with their advertisement online. Just realized that they definitely on monkey business after receiving the item which they call it a 14 day trial, in it is a paper with a confusing conditilons written. They misleads and am sure keep on misleading clients with their informations. I was surprise knowing an automatic charges will be carried out in your card after the 14 days, without considering the transit time of the product. They should remember that they have global customers and delivery time frame varies from post office to post office. If they are in good faith they should allow enough time for the customers to try their products first before acting on another transaction. Also, just learned that there is such a thing as automatic credit card charges? What is this? Am asking for a proof of my purchase but they said they can't give me a copy. Then I said back "thank you for the help" what a good service he gave to a customer. Well sorry for him, am not yet done with him, got his name and ready to pursue a complain for his " no extra effort service" Credit card companies should also need to look unto this and act on this accordingly. Am quite sure there are already lots of credit card holders who are victims of this scam. They have responsibility to protect their credit card holders. Lastly, you people behind this scam... Do you really think you will prosper in this kind of business? Also to people who did nothing to stop this unjust things.
