I ordered falcon crest dvd collection and never got any answers to all my follow ups! No tracking information, no phone numbers, it’s been 2 months and my dvds haven’t arrived! I guess I’m out of $115. How’d I wish I should’ve donated my money to the foundations than to these scammers! I’m going to file a report to my credit card company. All employees of charmdvd or whatever you call them should’ve been put behind bars!
