Phone scam - Lottery Winnings

This man called again from 646-580-5783 and told me his name was Mr. Anderson and said he is calling to confirm my winnings and that he is the financial administrator of the lotter company. He never gave the name of the company but he wanted to know if I had purchased the green dot money card from wal-greens. I said no, I purchased a wal-mart gift card. He said why did you do that? I said I thought that is what you said. He said well does it have 14 digits on the back of the card? I said yes. He said give me the numbers. I said I am going to wait until you bring the check over like you said and I will give you the card then. He said no give me the card number now. So I started praying and told him he was cursed. He hung up the phone and then later called me back and left a message to call him back.:)
