Booked a 'fast boat' transfer from Krabi airport to Koh Lanta from online site Amazing Lanta. Person was to greet us at Krabi airport with sign and our names on it, take us to a pier, then a fast boat and to the Koh Lanta island-then back when our trip was finished. They took money through PayPal and never showed up. We emailed to complain but they refused to refund.
