Charged Again After Cancelling Membership in February

I canceled my membership in February and was charged by Experian freecreditscore.com on three different dates the first was on 03/04, 03/05 for 7.47 each. After I called today 03/14 to make sure they canceled my account they charged me again for 7.47 then they wanted my new credit card number, I refused to give them that information. Talking to the bank to make sure this gets resolved. This is the second time I canceled my account from them in the past month and they just keep taking. I don't make much and have two small children to provide for and they just won't quit.
