I was told by Email that I was a winner of 1,500, 000:00 Europe Superball lottery winner but when i Filled out the forms and sent it in they are going to charge me 875.00 for insurance and Postage. If I won they should pay for my inurance and Postage for the winnings and send it to me. I cant afford to pay the 875.00 to get it here
