On 2/19 $79.99 was deducted from my bank account to Norton. Discovered this when I received my bank statement. Bank gave me number to call. Customer service said they would credit money back to my bank. Said it was a renewal. I have NEVER used norton. Last year I used AVG free, this year I'm using microsoft essentials. Received an email where it will run out march. Will not renew... I never asked for it...
