I sent for a trial sample of face cream paying a small amount of money. When it arrived i realised it was a scam as i would be charged for more. However it said if i returned it unused in 30 days i would not be charged any further money. I returned it as requested with a letter and i also wrote to the agents in london. I have received no communications from either and have been charged the above amount.
