After talking with the company they informed me that because my credit was bad, that I will need to purchase a green money card so that the credit Bureau would in trust me for the loan. Once I gave them the card number, they even gave me confirmation number, and within an hour I will get my money direct on my account, more legite shall I say, been waiting for the money, never get it and now can't get in contact with them.
