Signed up for a free trial and was not aware that we were apparently signing up for a monthly service. This company automatically sends the product to you and charges you before you are even sent the product. No matter who you talk to, they have no customer service training and no one can help you. Since no one is willing to work with you, I just gave up. You apparently cannot return or exchange. This company is awful and I WILL NEVER work with them again. I am also in the fitness industry & I will make sure everyone is aware of their scam.
