I told these people about the result of a Google search of their company name and they became uncomfortable saying that those must have been people too impatient to wait for the grant process which takes 6 months or they didn't get the grant. I asked about the personal information such as SSN and account numbers and they said they do ask for it. With some questioning Russly said he would mail the package without asking for more information and he would also take my name of their list.
