James "Eric" Morgan and Sarah Lennon contacted me to inquire whether I was interested in selling my timeshare. He sent sales documents to be signed & notarized; asked for funds for closing documents; but then closing was delayed for approx one month. I became leary, asked for cancellation. Approx a week later, one Brian Moore phoned to inform that they had new buyers and needed additional funds for taxes. CLOSING NEVER HAPPENED and now Highpoint seems to no longer exist.
