I purchase this bag and I received them right away but they send me a fake handbags, defects and wrong order. They even charge my card more than the payment I did due to currency changes. I tried to contact their customer service and they demand a picture so I picture the products and send it to them. They just send me a message saying sorry and giving me discount on next purchase and never give me a solution about the returning. I ask for English address because the address was written in Chinese and no return form. I went to post office to estimate the package fee and it cost almost $80. I reported it to my card regarding the situation and waiting for result.
