I was reading the sports page on indystar.com and my computer was blocked. They asked for $4.95 to unlock and said if you did not pay the $4.95 in 48 hours the fine would go up to $400. The web page has a header of ICE and says the ice cyber crime center. I called ICE and they told me that it was a scam and told me to report on this web cite.
