After seeing a demo of dog training, we paid $1000.00 for 24 classes of training, half private, half group. After 3 classes of private and 1 of group, it is clear Scott, the person claiming to be a trainer, is not able to train dogs. He is abusive to both animal and owner. When you sign up, they do not tell you, you will be in an unheated building in winter. My Boxer was so cold she shivered the longer we were in the building. Scott could not even get my dog to roll over. His excuse was she was to fat. I took her to the vet with in the next week to question this. My boxer just turned 1 year and is still growing. The vet assured me her weight is fine. I have talked to Scott repeatedly about his poor attitude. I want a refund of my money. The paper work they have you sign does state there is no refund. They have not lived up to their end of the agreement. I am due a refund.
