Ireceived a call saying that I need to get a lawyer because I have a lawsuit against me. It said I owe over 10k to a credit card company. They had my address, date of birth and last 4 of my social. I told them I have a credit card with the company that they said I owed money too. They said they would give me a call back within 24 hours. I called my credit card company they said I don't owe this money. I placed an alert in the credit bureaus.
