In November, I ordered the complete DVD collection of Northern Exposure. Some of the DVDs will play but only part way, and the rest have other programs on them and are not even Northern Exposure episodes. I have contacted the company twice, and both times they reassure me that a complete set will be sent in 2 to 4 weeks. This has not happened and now I am unable to even get on their website.
