Eceived call in late feb. That and said renter had been found and closing wood be 3/12. Closing package would be mailed to me in a day or so with closing instruction and where procedes should be sent. They need a wire transfer for 3649.33 to show good faith to the renter. Lady call and said transfer had gone to wrong account and wanted me to resend. At that time I said no and she said she would call back 3/4. No call received.$745.00 was also put on cr card 10/11 for activation fee.
