They advertise "authentic" designer handbags and when called they claim that the handbags are seconds. No designers sell handbags to an outlet store. The bags, as i ordered 2, are fakes, i have the real deal and they are very good fakes, but are fakes.
They do accept returns within 14 days, so i have returned them. They bald face lie about the bags being seconds and them being an outlet.
Please report this complaint to the proper authorities, i would be glad to give them all the info they need.
