The company said free fed-ex shipping and free returns-i refused the package from fed-ex, as i was having surery and made a "ooops", when i ordered it. I tried cancelling it via phone/online close to 10x. Finally the $840.99 was put back in my bank, but thEy still took $48.50 and credited my account $792 and some change. I'll never order from them again. I want my $48.50 in my bank account asap, now, asap-they are scammers-I did not accepe the ring nor did i open it the fed-ex man noted it even
