I called to canel in February and they gave me credit for the January charge then bille dme for February. Customer service was rude so I asked for a supervisior and he did not respond to my needs so I told him I would file a complaint with his Corporqate office and he did not care. He said he was at corporate office and was acting on their behalf.

I enrolled on February 5th, On February 28th I called for cancellation and refund of my $24.99, I was told NO! There is a hidden clause in the fine print barring refunds!
