Purchased HVAC 90% efficiency unit 10 year parts and labor 20 year heat exchanger. Unit noisy from beginning. Told by the salesman that's normal on the units because of the variable speed fan. Fan module burned 2 times each time a $500. Repair. Told in order to continue warranty need to
purchase approx. $500. Yearly service agreement, we declined. The next year it went out called in a different HVAC company Higgins. They came out replaced fan module $500.00. Here we are again a year later module burned out. Oh yeah this should be the quietest furnace on the market.
