Fbi cyper investigators locked up my laptop said i was downloading porn and movies illegaly, said i had to get a moneypak card for $300.00 to pay fine and to unlock my laptop. I did that entered pin from moneypak card, then it read will unlock computer 1 to 48 hours and not to turn off computer. My son-law said it was a scam. He tried a system recovery had a hard time. Called toshiba cust serv they didnt help. Finally we did a system recovery. I downloaded Noton antivirus and this risk came up, suspecious. Cloud 7 mar 7 3:27pm this was about the time I entered the moneypak $300.00 pin. I change my passwords, notified credit cards of the scam. I do not know all else information they got. This was reported to Mesa, Az sheriff dept, Dep Macklin #1742 who told me to forward to FBI
