Check for $13,500.00 fron PCH International Lotto Commission. Uncashed. I recieved this a couple of days ago, we think it may be a scam. We took it to the bank, and they scanned it. It scanned OK, and while at the bank we called Jason Brown. But we are not sure if it is legit. Do you know anything about it?
