I received a letter in the mail promising step by step guidance in applying for government grants with a money back guarantee that it would work as stated. I was to receive my materials within ten days, yet to date, nothing has been received. I followed up with another letter asking to please send my materials. I even included my email address and phone number. Still there has been no response. Next step is to file a complaint with the USPS - mail fraud.
