Canadian Visa expert called me for application. They charged me $658. Unlike any other country, the charges on middle east banks immediately inform bankers of the company who charged their card. It appeared as plimus international l nicosia. When I searched them in google, it appeared that there were fraud done by this company. Please process a refund because I know, they will attempt to charge my card again because it was just the 1st step and their website says that 2nd-5th stage will incur charges as well.
